I have replace phpBB for Xenforo and now I want to reïnstall Freichat.

On this page I see Xenforo by "integrates with every website and technology".

On my Freichat installer I have no Xenforo option at "Choose Integration Type".

How can I integrate Freichat in Xenforo? I have an paid version of Freichat.

I upgraded my free codoforum to latest version (via system->ugrade, is there any way to see what version it realy is?), it should be 4.1 but there is no poll plugin in plugins section.

Is there any sort of points economy available for Codo Forum, whereby members can gain points [be it called Gold, Money, Zeni or whatever one might call their currency] and can then freely exchange them with one another?

Alternatively, is there an option to special purchase a plugin to be made for such a purpose, and what would that cost? If a reference would help, I have a plugin made for mybb, different systems but they both run on PHP so it could likely serve as a starting point I imagine [but I lack any PHP knowledge so this speculation could be totally off lol.]

I tried to install freichat after a very long time. I was trying to install freichat on wordpress 4.8 with buddypress installed but the chat was not showing up on front-end even when the provided code at the end of freichat installation was placed in header.php before </head> tag after <?php wp_head(); ?>. I tried to install it twice but the result was same however admin panel of freichat was working properly. Log file was showing entries of current loggedin user being inserted in db table with "I am available" status. Admin panel was showing list of registered users on wordpress.

One more thing, if freichat starts working then how I can make the chat friend only. I have done this before via custom driver but that was a custom php website.

I tried installing freichat on a wordpress v4.4.10 with nearly the same setup on localserver. The installation wizard entered wrong db prefix "usermeta" in hardcode.php but after fixing it the chat started working. So to confirm again I tried to install freichat on live server but it again failed to show up. Could this problem be related to my VPS? PDO-MYSQL is already installed on my VPS. I have enabled server wide gzip compression & running modpagespeed which is handling server side cache. While URL FOpen, URL Include and following functions are disabled:

exec,passthru,shell_exec,system,proc_open,popen,curl_exec,curl_multi_exec,parse_ini_file,show_source

Here is a suggestion:

I would really like that in the next updates CodoForum adds profile comments, like XenForo, Invisionpower and Woltlab have. Members should be able to leave comments on other members' profiles and there should be possible to reply to those comments.

I think admins should demo the current version on this forum.

I just stumbled upon this forum software and I'm trying to make up my mind whether to choose CodoForum or phpBB for my new forum. My knowledge about forums so far has been limited to administrating them from the admin panel, but I have never installed one. I don't know anything about how to create databases and stuff like that. I just know that I need a hosting plan linked to my domain (which I already bought).

The phpBB guys said that they would be willing to install the software for me for free.

I like CodoForum's user interface more though. Just wondering: would any of you be kind enough as to install CodoForum on my hosting account?

I will take it from there (by using the admin panel and creating categories etc.).

I just need someone to do the installation part for me.

Whenever a user tries to register or login to my website forum, the urls show as:

http://localhost/page/user/lot

and

http://localhost/page/user?codoforum=sso

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm trying to use the codoforum plugin to allow users to have a common login to the joomla and codoforum sites. Starting off running things locally.

I installed the plugin package into Joomla and created menu options for (the URLs are using the menu option names)

• the component to use for "SSO Get User Path" value

     http://joomla.local/index.php/codoforum
  

• login for "SSO Login User Path"

• logout for "SSO Logout User Path"

For the joomla component, I created a client ID string and secret code that I added to the codoforum plugin (along with the URLs from the previous step).

Now if I click the login link in codoforum, it sends me to the joomla site login page (so that's good). But after logging in, I stay on Joomla (which isn't a surprise). When I go back to codoforum, it doesn't have me logged in.

And if I go to the get user path URL (which is the joomla component), I get an empty page.

And the URL to my local codoforum installation is:

• http://codoforum.local

What am I doing wrong?

I have just downloaded the latest free version from FreiChat,

I have installed on my server and given the code that you can add to the index or template file

I am using the OSDate platform with the FreshDate template i have added the code to the index.tpl but when I check
The preview link all I see is a blank page

And the install script says that the code is missing or not installed.

Where do I need to place the FreiChat code so the it works?
